Wood wins contract with Esso Australia
We offer full scope maintenance support from management of equipment repair, overhaul and field service support to strategic maintenance planning, inventory management and procurement. Our site-based maintenance teams are passionate about delivering excellence in performance and execute work through maintenance management systems.
We provide discrete specialisms across all maintenance requirements, including fabric maintenance and a fully integrated repair order capability through a dedicated service line. This gives you access to a rapid response, multi-discipline, one-stop shop for tackling backlog and emergency repairs.
We support you wherever and however you need us. Our tiered, bespoke maintenance offering provides as little or as much as you require.
Supplying trained and competent labour and people to site.
The lead contractor delivery model allows you to remain in control of the overall operations scope but pass the responsibility of all 3rd party contractor work scopes on the facilities to Wood.
When using an integrated managed services operations model, you will be able to unlock value and deliver cost synergies in three key areas; personnel provision, consolidated service provision and supply chain management.
Wood delivery team to be directly accountable for the work planning, scheduling, supervision and execution of the assets.
The Asset Management operational model further increases the accountability of the Wood delivery team while the regulatory responsibility remains within our client’s control. Despite this Wood will have full control for all activities on site and all key leadership roles at site.
The Operating Partnership operational model increases the accountability of the Wood delivery team including the responsibility to the regulatory body for all activities on site.Wood will undertake full risk management of the site.
